Genome Project Data Release Policy |

Information about data release policies for plant pathogen genomes.
Genome projects conducted by GEL personnel are funded through a variety of mechanisms and involve a broad network of collaborators. No single data release policy is applicable for all projects. All data is released according to the requirements of the funding source. Links to preliminary data are provided in the brief summaries of each project. In addition, all publicly available sequences and annotations are also available through ASAP (more info...), a genome database developed at GEL and deposited in Genbank at the appropriate point for each project. The primary collaborators for each project intend to publish the results the genome annotation and analysis upon completion and ask that you contact the project PI in advance and include proper attribution of the genome project in all public presentations making use of preliminary data.
