DescriptionPrimarily, I am responsible for the ongoing development of ASAP, a PHP web application for community genome annotation. ASAP is currently running on a MySQL database at the Genome Evolution Laboratory and running on an Oracle database at the Enteropathogen Resource Integration Center.
