Research DescriptionMy research focuses on the evolution of transcriptional regulation in Enterobacteria. I am interested in the relative contributions that changes in genetic repertoire and transcriptional regulation make to the evolution of complex traits. I use various computational tools to investigate variation and the evolutionary history of transcriptional networks in a group of E. coli and Salmonella. |
